Had double room with tea and dramatic plus open window exposed to the hotels ventilation system. Incredibly nice, accommodating staff towards all guests. Absolutely lovely building, marvellous and particularly good location very close to the old castle as well as the ferries.

Very busy staff!

As a backpacker, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It's conveniently situated near the ferry/train terminal and right at the foot of the steps to the tower. The former bank building has been cleverly repurposed, using the banking hall and vaults to create unique public spaces. The eclectic mix of objects in the public rooms adds to the charm and character of the hotel. I also appreciated the constant supply of tea, coffee, water, and pastries available in the reception area. The large bedrooms and comfortable beds were a welcoming sight after a long day of exploring. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast, which was buffet-style with a wide range of items, including freshly squeezed orange juice. This is definitely a hotel I would remember and recommend!

I felt right at home during my stay at this hotel, so there's really no reason to complain.

The hotel apartment was really great, as advertised. Huge space, design kitchen, nice bathroom + terrace. You really have the feeling that you are at home

The wi-fi network was not working in the hotel apartment, though we could have free access to internet inside the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city and has clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffé!

The only thing I didn't like was that it was too noisy from the night club that was located in the same building. The staff did inform us about it and said that there were earplugs available but I still found it a bit disturbing.

The staff were efficient, absolutely perfect location opposite the night club. The service offered was VERY GOOD.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the main square. It made it so easy for us to explore the nearby shops and enjoy drinks and dinner at the local restaurants. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were impressive, from the comfortable bed to the in-room safe and mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious food to start our day off right. our stay here was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

On a saturday night, theres a lot of noise from disco and from the street. Bring earplugs and enjoy the city pulse ;)

the position was marvellous and brilliant, near a ferry port. the breakfast was satisfactory and complete with ecological products and all necessary food, as for instance.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the central station and close to attractions like the market and a beautiful castle. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast in the exquisite breakfast room was outstanding, with a wide variety of food and drink options even for vegetarians like me. The staff was amazingly polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Good frendly staff, quit, nice city, good food at the bistro, lively town

there is something like a nightclub inside the hotel. When i was there the club was closed, but I would advise not to take the rooms at the inside when you want some rest.

The location is excellent. Even the standard rooms have a luxury feeling. The building is elegantly old. Staff was very friendly and the nightclub is excellent.

The breakfast was ok but not more.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the comfortable beds and the cool ambiance of the room. The location was perfect, just next to a great pub and within walking distance of many attractions. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The carpeting throughout the hotel was worn out, and the antique elevator was inconvenient for guests with luggage. we enjoyed our stay but felt that the hotel could use some improvements.

the staff were very very helpful and patient with all my friends who flew in for my wedding. they booked cabs for us, gave us advise and really went the extra mile. i've written them a special thank you note because they were all so lovely.
